The present General Conditions of Reservation, will regulate the commercial relation that arises between BARCONS I HENRY SL and the user or client for the hiring realized through the forms that BARCONS I HENRY SL makes available to him in his web page www.molidelatorre.cat . The reservation through the websites of BARCONS I HENRY SL., Will imply the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as of the conditions of use established for the navigation of the user by the property pages of BARCONS I HENRY SL. For the reservation with BARCONS I HENRY SL through its website, the user or client expressly declares to know, understand and accept these conditions of use and the General Conditions. Although BARCONS I HENRY SL updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the client could be complete at that time. In this case, BARCONS I HENRY SL will send an e-mail to the client informing him of the impossibility of the availability of the offer.
PAYMENT METHODS.
BARCONS I HENRY SL, requests in the reservations through its web page a payment and signal of 25% of the corresponding reserve, giving the option to make the payment by means of bank transfer or credit card of the holder of the reservation, to guarantee the effectiveness of it. WITHDRAWAL
As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, can not be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unjustified cancellation of the reservation within 7 days prior to arrival or no show will result in the charge of the first night. SPECIAL COVID
If you make the reservation with conditions of restrictions, and before enjoying your stay, there are variations that prevent you from making your getaway, you can make a change of dates without any problem on our part.
We do not return the deposit, but we keep it for you to use it within 6 months (+ or-).
