Starters to taste per person:
- Hors d'oeuvres with Galician beef jerky
- Truffled pumpkin cream
- Textures of calçots

Of second to choose between:

- Beef Stew with truffled puree and xiitaques.
- Pickled trout of capers, pickles, black olives, tomato.
- Pork knuckle in sauce and vegetables.
- Beef steak from Can Subirats aged. 200gr (€ 3 supplement)

Desserts to choose:
- Catalan custard
- Honey and cottage cheese cannelloni.
- Baked Apple with rum.
