- Sweet veal with truffled puree and xiitaques.
- Pickled trout of capers, pickles, black olives, tomato.
- Pork knuckle in sauce and vegetables.

Desserts to choose:
- Catalan cream.
- Honey and cottage cheese cannelloni.
- Apple baked with rum.
