We already have here the Masía Can Viver premium olive oil harvest from 2019-2020. This year the quality of the olive has been exceptional and the hot and long summer has led to juices with a lot of character and personality. The day lasts an hour or so and, as always, we spend a few minutes to explain some particularity about the culture of olive oil to end with a tasting of several tapas paired with the two varieties we work: Arbequina or Vera del Vallés.
